I consider myself a home-cook. A really avid adventurous home cook. Hey, that sounds sort of cute:

The cornerstone of my cooking is the belief that simple techniques can be combined with fresh ingredients and an international seasoning palette to create really interesting, healthy and delicious food at home.
As a result, while my inspirations are international and ethnic, my food is rarely “authentic.” When I can, I will be sure to let you know how my techniques differ from the native preparations.
